New: Resources for Investigators (Philippines, Puerto Rico, U.S.)
Tools and workflows to follow poverty, disaster, and nonprofit money across the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and the United States—without getting lost in the paperwork.
Most of what I do here is slow, unglamorous work: following paperwork, tracking awards, and listening to people who have been failed over and over again. Today, I’m finally able to give you something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time: a single place where investigators can start to follow the money across the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and the United States.
I’ve launched a Resources for Investigators page that’s organized by region—so if you’re working in the Philippines, Puerto Rico, or the U.S., you don’t have to scroll forever to find what applies to you. Each region has its own section with starting points for:
Government and awards data (who is paid to do what, where, and when).
Public records / FOIA wording you can adapt for your own requests.
Local context: media, watchdogs, and the “on the ground” pieces that never make it into press releases.
You can open it here:

I’ll keep adding to this as new tools, portals, and workflows emerge. The goal is simple: make it easier for honest people to document how poverty, disaster aid, and nonprofit money actually move—and where they don’t.
Support & membership
Support does not guarantee portal access; all TruthDrop access is vetted for safety and fit.
This project runs on stubbornness, lived experience, and whatever support people are willing to give. I’m setting 60 USD per year as a suggested support level to help keep The Vault and the TruthDrop portal online, secure, and useful for investigators.
Support at that level helps sustain:
The TruthDrop portal for vetted investigators, so people working cases in the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. can share leads and compare patterns instead of working alone.
Time to triage incoming tips and documents from people who are already carrying too much.
Ongoing research into poverty programs, disaster money, and nonprofit abuse that most people never see.
No one is turned away from safety‑critical information because of money. Public tip intake and the core resources page remain free. If you can’t pay but have documents, skills, or time, you are still part of this work.
